Our draft framework for website, Shopify and automation projects.
Our draft framework for website, Shopify and automation projects.
Last updated: 4 November 2026
Services may include website design, Wix development, Shopify stores, automation and ongoing website care. We work with businesses and consumers. A consumer is an individual acting wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession. Each project requires a written quotation or statement of work identifying deliverables, exclusions and timelines.
A deposit of 50% of the agreed project price is due before work starts. The remaining 50% is due before handover or launch, whichever comes first. The deposit counts towards the project price. Refunds and any charges on cancellation are subject to the terms below and applicable law. Additional work requires approval. Hosting, domains, apps, subscriptions and transaction fees are excluded unless expressly included.
Customers must provide suitable content, permissions, access and timely feedback, and confirm they have rights to supplied materials.
The project price includes two consolidated revision rounds within the agreed scope. Please send one combined set of feedback per round. We will agree the price of extra rounds or out-of-scope changes with you before starting that work. These limits do not affect your statutory remedies. Delivery estimates depend on cooperation and third-party availability.
Ownership or licences for deliverables will be specified in the agreement following payment. Third-party software, themes, plugins and fonts remain subject to their own licences. AWX Digital may retain pre-existing reusable tools and methods.
Website care is billed monthly with no minimum commitment. You can cancel by emailing Alexg.walker@outlook.com before your next billing date. Your plan then ends at the end of the current paid period and you will not be charged for the next month. Any statutory cancellation or refund rights apply separately. Your written care agreement will set out coverage, price, billing date and response arrangements. AI and automated systems can make errors and may require human review. Applicable data processing agreements will be entered into where required.
If you are a consumer and agree to a service contract at a distance or off-premises, you generally have 14 days after the day you enter into the contract to cancel without giving a reason. You can cancel by sending a clear statement to Alexg.walker@outlook.com or using the model cancellation form we provide. If you cancel under this right, we will refund payments within 14 days of being informed, subject to any proportionate charge permitted by law.
If you expressly request that we start during the cancellation period and then cancel, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for services supplied up to cancellation, where the legal requirements have been met. If we complete the service during that period, you lose the right to cancel only where you expressly requested early performance and acknowledged that full performance would end that right.
For cancellations outside the statutory cooling-off right, the written agreement will set out how charges and refunds are calculated. Any charge must be lawful and, for consumers, fair and proportionate. Both parties should protect confidential information. Your statutory rights and remedies, including your right to services carried out with reasonable care and skill, continue to apply.
England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
