AWX Digital is an independent digital studio based in Somerset, UK, operating as a sole trader. For privacy enquiries contact Alexg.walker@outlook.com. Required proprietor and address details have not yet been added.
When you enquire, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, business details and project requirements. For clients we may also process correspondence, project information and billing records. Technical information may be processed to operate and secure the website.
We use information to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, deliver agreed services, keep business records and meet legal obligations. Depending on the purpose, lawful bases may include pre-contractual steps, contract performance, legitimate interests and legal obligations. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
The site uses Wix hosting and a FormSubmit contact form that forwards messages to our business email. Those providers may process information to deliver their services. Relevant international transfers and safeguards must be confirmed.
Information is kept only as long as necessary for the relevant purpose and applicable legal requirements. We keep unsuccessful enquiries for six months after the enquiry is closed. Client, billing and other record-retention periods are being confirmed.
